Course Description:

Burroughs Choir (Grades 4-5)

Burroughs Music Teacher Ms. Armstrong has designed a before school choir class your singer is sure to love; the class will expand on the core foundations of singing. Students will explore head voice, proper signing technique, breathing, as well as music literacy. Students will practice these elements by signing age appropriate repertoire which will culminate in a short performance opportunity. Weekly rehearsals will take place Thursday mornings before school. Students will arrive at Burroughs between 8:20am-8:25am and will go directly to the music room. Rehearsal starts and 8:25am and ends at 8:55am. From rehearsal, Ms. Armstrong will dismiss students for breakfast and go to class.
