Registrations are accepted at the door (please call, text or email to reserve a roster spot). Parents will be notified via email before class or camp starts to confirm that your child is registered and to notify parents and students what to bring and what to do. If paying offline, checks can be made payable to Active Solutions, a receipt will be sent via email or US Mail upon parent request. All returned check fees and a 25% processing fee will be applied to all cancelations and will be paid by the parent. Active Solutions after school classes and camps that are canceled due to school district closure, weather or other circumstance will not be rescheduled and a credit may be provided which may be applied to future Active Solutions programs. Parents must provide transportation or allow students to walk or bike home, unless your child attends the Minneapolis Kids or Rec Plus programs. Cancelation Policy: If your family needs to cancel an Active Solutions After School Class or Full Day  Camp you will receive a full refund up to 8 days prior to first day of class or camp. Any cancellation 7 days or later prior to camp start date will receive a 50% credit.
