Week 4 - Active Solutions weekly workout video 

Active Solutions Lead Instructor Rumen Hulmequist and 2x world record athlete, a paradigm on mindset coach with a degree in kinesiology has created a weekly fun workout video to keep kids active and healthy during the absence of our After School Classes and All Day Camps. While participating in these workouts, safety is priority #1. If you're doing these workouts with others, please follow CDC Guidelines. While demonstrating these workouts, Coach Rumen will give you a couple of different options.

Equipment needed - Water bottle and 5 gallon bucket or something similar
Warm-up:
Light jog                    Arm circles (F/B) 
Jumping jacks        High knees 
Butt kickers
Workout:
Spider push-ups: (2sets) 30seconds
Windshield wipers: (2sets)30 seconds
Lateral lunges: (2sets) 30 seconds
Cool down/Static stretching:
Toe grabs: 30 seconds
Shoulder stretch: 30 seconds 
Arm stretch: 30sec

Equipment needed - Water bottle,  chair and either a Medicine ball, basketball or soccer ball.
Warm-up:
Light jog                               Bunny hops
Trunk twists                      Arm circles (f/b)
Workout:
Bulgarian squats (8 reps) right and left leg
Chair leg lifts (2 sets) 30 seconds
Incline push up holds (2 sets) 30 seconds
Lateral sprints
Push-ups
Cool down/Static stretching:
5 deep breaths
L/R stretch 30 sec 
Head circles L/R reps 2
Toe touches 30 sec

Equipment needed - Water bottle, rope, shoe lace or tape, tennis ball, baseball, lacrosse  ball or similar, Medicine ball, basketball or soccer ball. 
Warm-up:
Walking in place              Light jog
Trunk twists                      Arm circles (f/b)
Knee hugs (5L/5R) 
Workout:
Bunny interval hops (2 sets) 20 seconds
Russian interval twists (2 sets) 20 seconds
Push-up ball catch (2 sets) 20 seconds
Repeat cycle (burn outs) 
Bunny interval hopes (1 set) 30 seconds
Russian twists (1 set) 30 seconds
Push-up Ball catch (1 set) 30 seconds
Cool down/Static stretching:
5 deep breaths
L/R stretch 30 sec 
Head circles L/R reps 2
Toe touches 30 sec

Warm-up: 
Jog in place               Arm circles
Trunk twists             High knees
Butt kickers             Frankensteins
Workout: 
Frog hops (2 sets) 8 reps
Towel knee ups (2 sets) 10 reps
Bear crawls (2 sets) 20 second intervals
Crab walk (3 sets) 16 reps
Burpees (1 set) 10 reps
Cool-down: 
static stretching/5 deep breaths
