What to wear and bring
Each child should remember that staying warm is the most important part of enjoying the out-of-doors. Long underwear is a necessity, Looks are not important. Students should bring a water bottle and either a brown bag dinner or cash to purchase food in the chalet. We will have tables set aside in the Chalet.

On your legs and feet:
Snow-pants are best to keep warm and dry. Socks should be warm and over the calf.

On your arms and chest:
Winter jacket, sweat shirt, long sleeve shirt.

On your hands and head:
Winter mittens or gloves that are insulated. Stocking cap that will cover their ears. No long scarves are to be worn. They might get caught in the towrope or chair lift. A short scarf tucked into jacket is fine. Long hair should be placed in a low ponytail.

It is better to have lots of layers and shed them as your child gets warm, rather than be too cold.

Hyland Hills Ski & Snowboard Rental - Due January 7th
If you need to rent ski gear, snowboard gear or a helmet (additional fee for helmet) you will want to select option #1. Below is the Hyland Hills Ski Area PDF rental form, Waiver Form and Helmet Rental Form.
